iPhone, this autumn

A diary for the bad days. And the good ones.

Selina lost whole days to period pain, and doctors kept saying it was normal. Writing down how she felt changed that. This is the app we wished we'd had.

How this started

I met Selina in 2024 on a cruise ship, where we both worked. Since then I've seen her lose whole days to period pain: once in bed all day in a homestay on Lombok, once on our bathroom floor in Luxembourg. For years, doctors told her it was normal.

Tracking how she felt changed things. She began to notice her phases and to feel her period coming. So we built OneCycle, for her and for every woman who has been told “that's normal”.

Pain 0 to 10, flow, energy, mood. A minute a day, and the patterns show up on their own.

Magnesium in the evening, iron with kiwi. What to eat and how to move in each phase, nothing mystical.

Next period, roughly. It learns your own cycle instead of using an average.

No login. Your entries stay on your phone. We can't read them.
