Where is my data?

Only on your phone. OneCycle has no account and no server that receives your entries, so we cannot see or restore them. Read more in the privacy policy.

How do I delete everything?

Open Settings in the app and tap "Erase all data". Deleting the app also removes everything.

Why is my next period prediction off?

Predictions use your own past cycles. Log a few periods and they get closer. Until then the app uses the cycle length you set in Settings.

Is this medical advice?

No. OneCycle gives general wellness tips and is not a form of contraception. If pain stops you from living your normal life, please see a doctor or gynaecologist.
