Privacy Policy for OneCycle
Last updated: 10 October 2026
OneCycle helps you track your menstrual cycle and gives tips for each phase. This policy explains what happens to your information.
What the app stores
Everything you enter (period days, flow, pain, energy, mood, symptoms, notes and your cycle settings) is stored only on your phone. There is no account, no sign-in and no server that receives your entries. We, the developers, cannot see your data.
What the app does not do
- It does not collect, upload, sell or share your health or cycle data.
- It does not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools.
- It does not read data from other apps, Apple Health or Google Health Connect.
App updates
The app checks for and downloads improvements to its own code from Expo, the service the app is built with. That request contains technical information such as the app version, platform and your device's IP address, which Expo needs to deliver the update. It never contains anything you logged. See Expo's privacy policy at https://expo.dev/privacy.
Deleting your data
You can erase everything in Settings, under "Erase all data". Uninstalling the app also deletes all data. Because nothing is stored elsewhere, there is nothing more to delete.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
Not medical advice
The tips in the app are general information and not medical advice. The app is not a form of contraception.
Waitlist and emails
If you join the waitlist on this website, we store your email address and the date you signed up, only to email you about the app and cycle tips. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time using the contact below. This is completely separate from the app: nothing you log in the app is ever linked to your email.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
